Founding partner of 360 Risk Solutions. More than 17 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Prior to co-establishing 360, Enrique was Vice President of Marsh Saldaña’s Risk Management Department, acting as Account manager for five of the eight largest clients in Marsh Saldaña’s portfolio. Previously to his tenure in Marsh, Enrique held various management positions with International Insurance Company, American International Group. The highest position he held there, was Commercial Lines VP for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Enrique holds a Law degree from the University of Puerto Rico, an MBA – Insurance and Risk Management from The College of Insurance in New York and a BBA in Economics and Finance from Bentley University in Massachusetts.

Founding partner of 360 Risk Solutions. More than 20 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Prior to co-establishing 360, Vanessa was Associate Client Executive in Marsh Saldaña’s Risk Management Department, assisting the Account manager for five of the eight largest clients in Marsh Saldaña’s portfolio. Previously to joining Marsh, Vanessa worked 13 years as Senior Underwriter at Triple S Propiedad where she was responsible for new clients that fell under there Large Lines division. Vanessa holds a BS in Technology and Office Systems from The Interamerican University in San Juan, PR and she holds various Commercial Insurance and Risk Management designations.

More than 10 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Prior to Joining 360 in 2024, Javier was an Assistant Vice President of Marsh Saldaña’s corporate & sales department, acting as sale professional & client executive for 8 years. Javier holds BS in entrepreneurship with and MBA in International Marketing and a minor degree in public relations from the University Sagrado Corazón of Puerto Rico.
